Engage prospective clients through events, digital channels, and referrals working alongside our Florida East Team.Lead the Sales & Brokerage Administrator Program & TeamOnboard new Sales Directors, Brokers & Support StaffDevelop and manage Data Entry Specialist & Support InternsSalesforce/Account Engagement/Maps/Windfall training program- ongoingMonitor Marketing and Sales KPIsMarket Strategy: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences in the luxury yacht segment.Point person to Salesforce and Salesforce ConsultantsCRM Management (Salesforce, Pardot and Maps) to generate, distribute, and report on leadsCampaign Management: Improve and develop current lead generation campaigns; strategize for future campaigns.Client Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, owners, and representatives.
